My Current Role

As a Senior Product Manager, I lead the collaborative efforts between Syncfusion and Microsoft on the .NET MAUI, Blazor, and WinForms platforms. My focus is on ensuring platform stability and growth by proactively addressing issues, introducing new features, strengthening automation, integrating CI processes, and advancing AI initiatives within the repository. I work closely with Microsoft engineers to understand their requirements, support their platform objectives, and delegate tasks to the appropriate team members to ensure effective and timely delivery.

About Me

I’m a calm and grounded person who prefers to listen and understand before speaking. I usually take time to observe situations and share my thoughts when there’s something meaningful to add.

Simplicity has always been important to me. From my school days, I’ve preferred keeping things simple—whether in my lifestyle or the way I present myself. I believe in staying humble and living in a simple, straightforward way.

My Career Journey

After completing my 12th grade with biology, I planned to study engineering. When that didn’t work out, I joined Computer Application, mainly because a friend had chosen the same course. During my Bachelor of Computer Applications, I discovered my interest in programming and started learning C, C++, and Java. That interest inspired me to continue with a Master of Computer Applications.

In the final phase of my college, I joined a small company in Chennai for my industrial project to gain practical experience. After graduation, I stayed in Chennai and continued searching for opportunities.

Eventually, I attended an interview at Syncfusion. Since the process focused mainly on programming skills, I felt comfortable, got selected, and began my journey as a software engineer and my first step into the professional world.

What I’ve Unlearned

There was a period of nearly a year when I couldn’t find a job, and it was a challenging time. Many people around me suggested different paths, including trying opportunities abroad, which was quite common where I’m from. Hearing these opinions sometimes made me question myself and my capabilities.

But I chose to stay focused and kept trying for the kind of role I truly wanted. Eventually, I got the opportunity I had been working toward, and that experience changed my perspective.

It helped me unlearn the habit of worrying too much about others’ opinions. Instead, I learned to trust myself and stay confident in my own path.
