My Current Role
I work as a Product Owner for the Data Grid component. My role focuses on making the product more competitive, flexible, and valuable for real-world use cases. I work closely with multiple teams, guiding them in building and enhancing the product. My responsibility is not just to deliver features, but to ensure that everything we build adds meaningful value. I focus on balancing innovation, quality, and usability so that the product remains strong in the market.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a friendly and easygoing person who enjoys connecting with people. I like to keep things light and positive, and I naturally bring that energy into any environment I am part of. Whether at work or in my personal life, I believe in being approachable and open.
One thing that defines me is my willingness to learn. Whenever I come across something new, I approach it with curiosity and try to understand it better. I enjoy conversations—both playful and meaningful—which help me build strong connections with people around me.
My Career Journey
Growing up, I initially aspired to become an auditor, but my ambitions evolved as I discovered new interests. I embraced this journey of exploration with an open mind, allowing myself to learn from diverse experiences. During college, this curiosity led me to work on short films — a creative pursuit that I genuinely enjoyed and that taught me the value of storytelling, collaboration, and innovation.
After graduation, I went through a phase of uncertainty. For nearly six months, I was trying to figure out my next step. I even considered starting a small business. But my family situation made it important for me to find a stable job, so I actively started attending interviews.
During that phase, I was selected at Syncfusion. Although there was a waiting period before I joined, that opportunity gave me a clear direction. I began my journey as a Junior Developer and decided to build my career in IT. Looking back, that decision brought clarity and stability to my life, and it has shaped my journey ever since.
My Perspective on Leadership
For me, leadership is about being inclusive and listening to others. A leader should never assume they are always right. Every person on the team, whether junior or senior, brings a unique perspective.
I believe in discussing ideas openly and encouraging everyone to share their thoughts. Sometimes, even a small suggestion can lead to a better solution.
A good leader creates an environment where people feel comfortable speaking up. When everyone’s voice is heard and respected, the team becomes stronger and more aligned. That is what I see as true leadership.
My Inspiration
I have been inspired by many people throughout my life. Professionally, one of my biggest inspirations was my former senior, Yogeshwaran. I learned a lot from him, especially in terms of how to approach work and interact with people.
On a personal level, my family has always been a strong source of inspiration. Coming from a joint family, I have seen different perspectives, support systems, and ways of handling situations.
Each person in my life has contributed something valuable to my growth.
Believe in yourself, keep learning, embrace guidance, and stay connected with people—these are the foundations of both career success and a fulfilling life.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
How the Journey Shaped Me
Over time, my journey has shaped me into someone who values planning and clarity in everything I do. Earlier, I used to approach things more casually and figure them out along the way. But with experience, I realized that having a clear plan makes a big difference.
Today, whenever I take up something—whether it is work or even a small personal event—I naturally sit down and break it into steps. I think through possible challenges, consider both positives and negatives, and then move forward with a clear direction. This habit has become a part of me over time.
This change has helped me handle responsibilities with more confidence and consistency. It may seem like a small shift, but it has had a strong impact on how I approach both my work and my life. It has made me more prepared, more thoughtful, and more in control of what I do.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success is not about big achievements or milestones. It is about doing what I am supposed to do in the right way.
If I complete a task with quality, within the expected time, and with full satisfaction, I consider that success. It doesn’t matter how big or small the task is.
I believe that these small, consistent successes eventually lead to bigger outcomes. So I focus on doing each responsibility well, and that, to me, defines success.
What Stayed and Changed in Me Since Childhood
One thing that has always stayed with me is my habit of connecting with people. Growing up in a joint family, we spent a lot of time together, especially during simple moments like having tea and talking about anything and everything. That sense of sharing and bonding is something I continue even today, both in my personal life and at work.
At the same time, I have changed in how I handle my emotions. Earlier, I used to get angry quickly, even though I was generally cheerful. Over time, I learned to manage that side of me better. With experience and guidance from people around me, I became more patient and understanding.
Today, I still carry the same warmth in my relationships, but with a more balanced and composed approach.
Life Beyond Work
Outside of work, I enjoy simple things that help me relax and recharge. I like watching movies and exploring different places to eat. Food is something I genuinely enjoy, and I often try out new restaurants.
I also enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes. It gives me a different kind of satisfaction and helps me unwind.
For me, these small moments outside of work are important for staying balanced and happy.
A Challenge That Strengthened Me
One of the most challenging phases in my journey was during the COVID period. Until then, we were used to working together in person, where communication and collaboration happened naturally.
Suddenly, everything shifted to remote work, and managing a team became much more difficult. There were issues with connectivity, coordination, and communication. Even simple things like conducting meetings or tracking progress became challenging.
Initially, it was hard to adapt, and we struggled to find the right approach. But over time, we slowly figured out how to handle things better and built new ways of working as a team.
Looking back, handling that phase gave me a different level of confidence.
Moments That Make Me Smile
There have been many memorable and fun moments in my journey, especially during my early days at work. One incident that still makes me smile is when a colleague accidentally got locked inside a meeting room overnight because no one realized he was still there.
We all left the office thinking everyone had gone home. The next morning, we realized what had actually happened. It was a surprising and funny situation that we still laugh about.
Moments like these remind me of the fun and bonding we shared as a team. Even today, thinking about them brings a genuine smile.
Bouncing Back from Tough Times
Whenever I go through tough situations, the first thing I do is step away and give myself a break. Most of the time, I deal with it in a very simple way—I go out and eat. I take a ride, try different food, and spend some time just being away from the situation. That itself helps reduce a lot of pressure.
Once I feel a bit more settled, I start thinking more clearly about what actually went wrong. At that point, I also talk to people close to me, especially my friends and my wife. Their perspective often helps me see things in a better way.
For me, recovery is a combination of giving myself space and then reconnecting with the right people. That balance helps me come back stronger.
Gratitude Along the Journey
There are many people I feel grateful for in my journey. My seniors, especially Yogeshwaran, played an important role in guiding me during my early days.
I am also thankful for my friends and colleagues who have been part of my journey over the years. Even today, we stay connected, travel together, and continue those relationships beyond work.
This journey has never been an individual effort. It has always been supported by people around me, and that is something I deeply value.
A Phase I Would Relive
If I had a chance to relive a phase of my life, it would be my early days at work. The time I spent with my team during those years was filled with energy, learning, and fun.
We worked hard, but we also enjoyed every moment together—whether it was conversations, outings, or watching movies as a group. Even during stressful times, we never felt the pressure because of that environment.
