Mistakes and setbacks are a natural part of growth. When something goes wrong, I believe the first step is to take full responsibility, whether it is related to my own work or the work of the team. Instead of focusing on the mistake itself, the priority is to understand what caused the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. 

At the same time, every setback is also an opportunity to improve. After resolving the issue, I look at what went wrong and think about what can be done to prevent similar problems in the future. 

Syncfusion is a great place to learn and grow. The environment encourages continuous learning while working with modern technologies. In the early years of your career, the focus should be on learning and building a strong foundation. Once that foundation is in place, growth follows naturally. 

For me, leadership begins with listening. Being open-minded and truly listening to others helps us understand different perspectives and learn from them. 

Trust is another important part of leadership. When leaders trust their team members, regardless of their level of experience, it builds confidence in them. That confidence encourages people to take ownership and grow into independent contributors. 

For me, success is not just about working and earning a salary to support my family. I see success more in the impact I create, both personally and professionally. On the personal side, it means taking care of my family, giving them the importance they deserve, and ensuring that we lead a happy life together. 

At work, success comes from dedication and the impact we create through what we do. That impact may come through the products we build, the teams we work with, or even the individuals we support and influence along the way. 

I enjoy reading books, especially those written by leaders. I also like writing Tamil poems. I started writing during my school days and still write occasionally when I find time. 

Most of my poems are inspired by everyday themes such as village life, family, and love. Writing has always been something I enjoy doing whenever I get some time after work. 

I grew up in a family where my parents worked hard every day to support us, and that experience shaped my journey. One of the biggest dreams for both my parents and me was to build a small house in our native place. Being able to build that home and tell them, “You’ve worked hard all these years; now it’s my turn to take care of you,” was a very emotional and precious moment for me. 
Today, life at home is filled with laughter. My wife understands the nature of my work and has always been very supportive. Having such a caring and supportive family is something I truly value. 

In the early days of my career, the work environment was very different. It was common for us to stay in the office for long hours, sometimes even for two or three days continuously, especially during product releases. During those times, our managers would sit alongside us, and we would work, talk, and share many light moments together. 

Despite the long hours, those nights were filled with energy and a strong sense of team spirit. We would often step out late at night for a tea break and then return to continue our work. Those moments created a strong bond within the team, and they remain some of the most memorable and pleasant phases of my life. 

Earlier, my focus was mainly on building and implementing product features. Over time, that approach evolved, and I began to think more about why a feature is needed and who it is meant for. Looking at things from the customer’s perspective helped me see the larger purpose behind the work and its long-term impact. 

This shift in thinking has influenced my personal life as well. Instead of making decisions entirely on my own, I now try to understand and value the perspectives of others. Whether it is my wife’s opinion or my parents’ thoughts, listening to different viewpoints leads to better decisions and a more balanced way of moving forward.
