My Current Role
I am currently working as a Senior User Experience Manager, where my main responsibility is to ensure that the products we build are customer-centric and easy to use. To achieve this, I focus on improving both the look and behavior of our products. At the same time, I support my team by simplifying the design and development process, helping everyone work more efficiently. For me, this role is not just about design — it is about making things easier for both the teams involved and the customers who use our products.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a calm and positive person. I generally focus on what can be done next rather than spending time worrying about what is missing. I am also a bit curious by nature. Whenever I come across something new, I like to understand it in depth, analyze it from different angles, and learn it step by step until I have a clear understanding of it.
I come from Jadamangalam, a small village in the Trichy district, and studied in a government school. Growing up in a farming family, I had a simple upbringing, but it taught me the importance of hard work and making the best use of every opportunity that came my way.
My Career Journey
As a child, I did not have a specific career dream. However, I still remember being fascinated by computers after watching an Ajith movie. At that time, it was just a small thought, but it stayed in my mind.
After completing my 10th standard, I joined ITI, as it was the practical choice for my family. While studying there, I realized that I wanted to continue my education. Since returning to the regular academic path was not possible, I chose to pursue a diploma, which later helped me continue my Engineering in Computer Science.
I started my career as a UI Developer. During that time, a friend who was working at Syncfusion encouraged me to explore UX, as I already had an interest in design. That opportunity led me into the UX field and eventually to Syncfusion. Looking back, each step in my journey happened at the right time and helped me reach where I am today.
My Inspiration
My biggest inspiration is my manager, Manoj Gopinath. What stands out to me most is the trust he places in people and the freedom he gives to explore new ideas. That trust has not only helped me take on responsibilities with confidence but has also allowed me to grow without fear of making mistakes. Because of his approach, I have learned the importance of supporting others, giving them space to learn, and guiding them in the right direction. It has changed the way I look at both my work and the people I work with. Over time, his influence shaped my mindset, and I continue to carry those values forward in everything I do.
Gratitude Along the Journey
The person I feel most grateful to is my grandmother. She played a major role in supporting my education and always encouraged me to continue learning. Her support gave me the opportunity to move forward and build the life I have today.
She is no longer with me, and that is something I still think about often. As I continue to grow in my career and life, I sometimes wish she were here to see it. The trust, care, and support she gave me during those years are things I will always be grateful for.
Stay positive and keep learning. Every step forward takes you closer to where you want to be.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
One moment that stands out to me was during the COVID period, when there was a shortage of resources and I was entrusted with handling multiple responsibilities across different platforms. During that time, I became the main point of contact for several areas and had to take ownership of many important tasks.
It was a demanding phase, but it was also the first time I felt the level of trust the team had in me. Being given that responsibility and the freedom to handle it made me realize that I had an important role to play. That experience gave me a strong sense of belonging and reinforced that this was the right place for me to grow and contribute.
Values I Live By
Discipline has been a constant in my life, shaped through simple habits that I have followed for years. One such habit is waking up early every day, no matter how late I sleep. It may seem small, but it has influenced the way I approach life. Starting my day early gives me a sense of clarity and control, and it helps me stay focused and consistent in whatever I do.
Responsibility is another value that I always hold close. Whenever I take on responsibility, I stay committed to it and give it my full effort.
Key Learnings and Challenges
When I moved from UI development to UX design, everything felt new. I started with small tasks, and each round of feedback helped me understand what I was doing right and where I needed to improve. Over time, I learned the role better and became more comfortable handling larger responsibilities.
One of the most challenging periods for me was when I was the only designer handling an entire product. There were times when the workload was heavy, and I had to put in extra effort, including late nights, to keep things moving smoothly. At the same time, that experience taught me how to handle responsibility, manage pressure, and take ownership of my work. Looking back, it was a demanding phase, but it taught me some of the most important lessons in my career.
My Advice to Young Minds
When you start your career, that is the time to focus on learning. You may have studied a lot in college, but work gives you a different kind of learning experience. So make the most of that time.
If you do not understand something, do not hesitate to ask questions and learn from others. Spend time building your knowledge and understanding how things work. The more effort you put into learning during the early years of your career, the more it will help you as you grow. For me, the most important thing is to make the most of those early years and keep improving step by step.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success starts with proper planning. When there is a clear plan and things move in the right direction, I see that as success.
On a personal level, being part of Syncfusion for more than a decade is something I consider a success. Looking back at where I started and the path I have taken, I feel happy to have grown steadily and continued my journey here over the years.
Finding Clarity in Chaos
Whenever I face a difficult problem or an uncertain situation, I do not rush to make a decision. Instead, I spend time understanding it from different angles and thinking through the possible options. I keep researching, exploring different approaches, and looking for a way forward until I find a workable solution.
Even outside working hours, I often continue thinking about the problem until I gain a clear direction. More than instant clarity, I work through patience, continuous thinking, and the willingness to keep searching for answers.
