11+ Years
My Current Role
I work in the Bold Reports team, where my role involves understanding customer needs and identifying the features and improvements that can bring the most value to them. Based on those insights, I help plan the product’s future direction and work closely with the team to turn those ideas into reality. I also stay involved in the technical side of the work, guiding the team as we implement new features and improvements. Along with that, I support the team in their day-to-day work, helping them overcome challenges and ensuring they have the guidance they need to succeed. My role is a combination of understanding customer expectations, shaping the product, and supporting the team in delivering meaningful solutions.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I would describe myself as an honest and humble person who believes in being genuine with everyone. I am naturally curious and have always enjoyed learning. I often find myself wanting to understand how things work and why they happen, and that curiosity keeps me exploring new ideas and learning new things.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures. For me, life is about staying curious, exploring new places, and creating meaningful memories along the way.
My Career Journey
Earlier, I dreamed of becoming a doctor, particularly a heart specialist. However, during my higher secondary years, I realized that my interests were gradually shifting in a different direction. My growing curiosity about computers and gaming sparked a strong interest in technology and encouraged me to explore the field further.
This led me to choose Computer Science in college, where my interest in technology continued to grow. While I also explored other career options for a period of time, I felt increasingly drawn towards the field I had studied and wanted to build a career in it.
After graduation, I decided to pursue opportunities in technology and attended my first interview at Syncfusion through my uncle’s referral. I was selected, and that opportunity marked the beginning of my professional journey.
Looking back, choosing to follow my interest in technology was one of the most important decisions I made. It led me to a career where I could continue learning, growing, and building something meaningful.
A Challenge That Strengthened Me
One of the experiences that helped me grow the most was handling customer meetings during critical production issues. Customers were naturally concerned and looking for quick resolutions, and I had to stay calm, communicate clearly, and work towards a solution.
In the beginning, these situations felt challenging, but with the guidance of my mentors, Anandakumar and Balaji, I learned how to handle them with confidence. Each customer interaction taught me something new and helped me improve both professionally and personally.
Looking back, those experiences pushed me out of my comfort zone, taught me how to handle pressure effectively, and played an important role in shaping the confidence I have today.
A Message From My Journey
If I can share one lesson from my journey, it would be to make time for experiences beyond your daily routine. Travel whenever you get the chance, visit new places, meet different people, and learn about different cultures. Some of the most meaningful lessons in my life have come from these experiences, and they have helped me see the world from a broader perspective.
I would also encourage you to stay curious and never stop learning. No matter how much experience we gain, there is always something new to discover. Whether it comes from books, history, science, or the stories of people around us, every new lesson adds something valuable to our journey.
Looking back, I realize that many of the things that shaped me the most happened outside of my comfort zone. So keep exploring, keep learning, and make the most of every opportunity that comes your way. The experiences and lessons you gather along the way will stay with you for a lifetime.
Hard times teach us the true meaning of happiness and help us cherish it more deeply.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
What Success Meant to Me
To me, success is like a coin with two sides. One side is about what we achieve for ourselves—growing as individuals, progressing in our careers, and building a better and more stable life.
The other side is the impact those achievements have on the people around us. When our work, actions, or contributions make a positive difference in someone else's life, they add a deeper purpose to what we do.
I believe both sides are equally important. Personal growth and achievement matter, but when they also create value for others, they become far more meaningful. That is what success means to me.
People Who Influenced Me
Throughout my career, Anandakumar and Balaji have been two mentors who influenced me in different ways.
When I worked with Anandakumar, I was often impressed by the clarity and perspective he brought to challenges. Watching how he handled responsibilities made me reflect on how I could develop those qualities myself. His guidance went beyond work, and many of the lessons he shared later helped me when I took on leadership responsibilities.
Balaji influenced me through his leadership style and the way he worked with people. He was always open to new ideas and approaches, and I admired how he kept his teams motivated and engaged. Observing him taught me valuable lessons about leading people, building trust, and creating a positive team environment.
More than their words, it was their actions that inspired me. The way they handled challenges, supported their teams, and carried their responsibilities left a lasting impression on me.
Life Beyond Work
Travel is a big part of my life and one of the things I enjoy the most. Whenever I get the chance, I like taking my bike and heading out, often with friends, to explore new places. I also enjoy creating travel vlogs, as they allow me to capture and relive those experiences.
I have always been drawn to nature, especially mountains and waterfalls. There is something peaceful about sitting quietly, enjoying the view, feeling the breeze, or spending time near a waterfall. Those moments help me slow down, clear my mind, and recharge.
When I am not travelling, I usually spend time on YouTube exploring topics that interest me. But if given a choice, I would almost always choose to be on the road, discovering new places and creating new memories. For me, travel is more than a hobby—it is a way of experiencing life and seeing the world from different perspectives.
My Perspective on Leadership
To me, leadership is not just about managing work; it is about helping people grow. A good leader should guide the team through challenges, create confidence, and provide the support needed to succeed.
I believe leaders should lead by example. When difficulties arise, they should stay resilient, take responsibility, and help the team move forward. The way a leader responds during challenging times often shapes how the team responds as well.
A leader should also provide a clear vision and help people understand where they are heading and why their work matters. When there is clarity and purpose, teams become more engaged and motivated.
Above all, leadership is about building trust. When leaders take a genuine interest in their people, support them through challenges, and stand by them when it matters most, they create stronger relationships and inspire confidence within the team.
My Advice for Young Minds
My advice to young professionals is to stay curious and never stop learning. There is a Tamil saying, “Kattrathu Kai Alavu, Kallathathu Ulagalavu,” which reminds us that no matter how much we know, there is always more to learn. Keeping that mindset will help you grow throughout your career and life.
At the same time, do not let work become your entire world. Spend time with family and friends, travel when you can, and create memories along the way. These experiences bring balance and help you stay grounded.
Most importantly, take care of your health and finances. They are two of the strongest foundations in life. When they are in place, you can face challenges with confidence, pursue your goals with clarity, and enjoy the journey along the way.
Moments that Made Me Smile
When I think about the moments that made me smile, my mind immediately goes to the team outings and events we used to have every few months. Those occasions were always filled with games, singing, dancing, and plenty of laughter, making them something everyone looked forward to.
I particularly enjoyed organizing games and activities during these events. It was rewarding to see people relax, have fun, and connect with one another beyond their day-to-day work. Bringing people together and keeping the energy high was something I naturally enjoyed.
What stays with me most is the sense of togetherness we shared during those moments. The laughter, conversations, and experiences we created as a team have become some of my fondest memories, and they still bring a smile to my face whenever I think about them.
