About Me

I am a calm and positive person who believes in approaching life with patience and understanding. Before making any decision, I like to look at situations from different perspectives and take time to understand what is right. I value dedication and responsibility in everything I do, whether at work or in my personal life. Above all, I am a family-oriented person, and many of my decisions are guided by what is best for the people around me. I believe that staying grounded, positive, and thoughtful has helped me navigate both life and work with clarity.

My Career Journey

As a child, I dreamed of becoming a doctor and pursuing a career in medicine. I even had the marks to secure admission into BDS, but at the time, I lacked the guidance and awareness needed to explore that path. As a result, I chose engineering, a decision that eventually opened the door to an entirely different journey.

After completing college, I moved to Chennai within a week and stayed with friends while attending interviews. During that time, a friend introduced me to an opportunity at Syncfusion. I attended the interview and joined the company as a Software Developer in 2015. Looking back, what began as an unexpected career choice became the foundation of a journey that has helped me grow, learn, and take on greater responsibilities over the years.

People Who Influenced Me

I had the opportunity to work in Nijamudeen’s team, and during that time, his leadership style influenced me greatly. What stood out to me was the importance he gave to building connections within the team beyond work. He regularly created an environment where people could talk about their everyday lives and get to know each other better. That experience stayed with me and influenced the way I connect with my team. I believe strong relationships play an important role in building a connected and collaborative team, and even today, I make time for conversations with my team beyond work.

My Perspective on Leadership

I believe a good leader should appreciate people at the right time and recognize their efforts. Appreciation encourages people and gives them the confidence to do even better in their work. When mistakes happen, a leader should focus on understanding what went wrong and help the person correct it rather than simply pointing out the problem. I believe in guiding team members, supporting them, and helping them move forward. When people feel supported and trusted, it strengthens the team and builds confidence.

Stay positive, learn from every situation, and keep moving forward. Many challenges become easier when you approach them with the right mindset.

People Who Inspired Me

Personally, my father has been my biggest inspiration. Despite earning a modest salary and supporting a large family, he managed our finances responsibly and never allowed difficulties to affect our well-being. Watching him make thoughtful decisions, avoid unnecessary debt, and steadily improve our family's life taught me the importance of responsibility, perseverance, and practical thinking. Even today, many of my decisions are influenced by the lessons I learned from him.

Professionally, I have been fortunate to learn from several leaders, including Sivakumar, Neelakandan, Jayaleshwari, and Jayashree. Each of them influenced me in different ways. From maintaining a positive approach to challenges to making thoughtful plans and decisions, their guidance has shaped how I work, lead, and approach situations in my career.
