Excel-Like Calculations without Excel
Excel-like calculation without Excel can be achieved easily and efficiently. Most of the commonly used functions carried out in Excel are supported to perform the required calculations.
Data Binding
Calculation engine lets you add calculation support to objects by implementing an ICalcData interface. ICalcData is designed around a rectangular array of data.
Named Range Support
Named ranges similar to those in Excel can be defined here to utilize common cell references for formula expressions in other cells.
CalcQuick
CalcQuick will allow users to add calculation support. This support can be given be to anything, such as a collection of text box and combo box elements of an HTML page. The use of indexer will let you to add the formula or values. Moreover, it facilitates both automatic and manual calculations.
Use with Arbitrary Objects
Use CalcQuick to add calculation support to just about anything. You can register values or formulas using an indexer on the CalcQuick object. Following this, the act of retrieving a value through the CalcQuick indexing triggers the calculation.
Specifying Related Controls
A single command can add calculation support to a collection of text box and combo box elements of HTML page. The following page allows to calculate the result based on the user entered values.
Functions Library
Function library includes more than 200 predefined functions ranging from simple information, logical, text, and mathematical functions to standard mathematical, trigonometric, and statistical functions. It also provides the ability to add custom functions through calculate engine.
