I've been fortunate to work with leaders who have influenced the way I think, solve problems, and make decisions.

From Balaji, I learned the importance of understanding a problem before trying to solve it. He always took the time to analyze a situation thoroughly before making a decision, and that thoughtful approach has had a lasting influence on the way I handle challenges.

Vijayanand taught me the value of staying calm and thinking analytically, even when dealing with complex problems. Watching him work showed me that patience and clarity often lead to better solutions.

Daniel and Davis influenced the way I understand customers. Observing how they listened carefully to customer needs and translated those insights into better products changed the way I think about building meaningful solutions.

Each of these leaders has shaped a different part of my journey, and together, their influence continues to guide the way I approach my work every day.

My sense of belonging wasn't shaped by a single moment—it grew through experiences that reminded me I was moving in the right direction.

One of those moments came a few years after joining Syncfusion, when I returned to my college to collect my certificates. By then, working on real-world products had given me a different perspective on technology. As I spoke with my professors, they noticed how much I had changed, and their words made me realize how far I had come.

The same feeling continued throughout my journey at Syncfusion. I always focused on doing my work well and ensuring customers were satisfied, without expecting recognition. So whenever my managers or senior leaders appreciated my efforts, it reassured me that my work was making a meaningful difference.

Over time, I realized that a sense of belonging comes from knowing your efforts are valued and that you're contributing to something meaningful.

One value I've always tried to live by is finding happiness in the place I'm already in, rather than constantly searching for it somewhere else. I believe happiness isn't defined by our circumstances but by the way we choose to see them. Wherever I am, I try to make the most of that moment and find joy in it.

I also believe in respecting individuality. Every person has their own way of thinking, living, and growing. While I'm always open to learning from others and improving myself, I also believe it's important to respect each person's choices and perspectives.

This mindset has helped me stay grounded and content. I've learned that a meaningful life comes from living true to my own values while appreciating that everyone has their own path to follow.

I've never limited my admiration to one person. Throughout my life, I've admired different people, each for a unique quality they possess.

In my professional life, I admire Balaji for his commitment to continuous learning. No matter how experienced he is, he's always reading a new book, exploring a new course, or finding ways to expand his knowledge. Watching him reminds me that learning is a lifelong journey.

 Beyond work, I've admired leaders like Periyar, Mahatma Gandhi, Swami Vivekananda, Che Guevara, and A. P. J. Abdul Kalam. While each of them is known for different reasons, what inspires me most is their unwavering commitment to the values and ideas they believed in.

Over the years, I've realized that admiration isn't about looking up to just one person. It's about recognizing the qualities we value in different people and learning from them in our own way.

To me, leadership begins with listening. Before making decisions or setting expectations, I believe it's important to understand the people behind the work—their strengths, challenges, and perspectives.

Every situation can be viewed differently, and taking the time to listen often brings greater clarity. When people feel heard and understood, it becomes easier to make thoughtful decisions and build trust.

I also believe in giving people the space to learn and grow. Mistakes are a part of the journey, and with the right guidance and encouragement, they become valuable learning experiences.

Above all, I believe leadership is about treating people with respect. When we lead with empathy, fairness, and understanding, we create an environment where people feel confident to contribute, learn, and do their best.

During my initial training at Syncfusion, Vijayanand told me that I was the best performer in my batch. It was the first recognition I received in a professional setting, and it gave me the confidence to believe in my abilities.

Another memorable experience came when I worked closely with a customer over several days to resolve more than a hundred issues. Their heartfelt appreciation reminded me that the effort we put into our work can make a meaningful difference to the people who use our products.

I also remember a one-on-one conversation with Davis. As he spoke about my future and the opportunities ahead, I could sense the trust and confidence he had in me. That conversation encouraged me to aim higher and take on greater responsibilities.

Each of these moments reinforced my confidence in a different way, and they continue to motivate me to keep learning, growing, and giving my best.

One of the things I am most grateful for is the encouragement I received from my teachers during my school days. At a time when I didn't fully recognize my own abilities, they saw potential in me and constantly encouraged me by saying, "You can do this."

Their belief gave me the confidence to keep moving forward, even when I doubted myself. Those words of encouragement stayed with me through different stages of my life, and I remain deeply grateful to the teachers who believed in me before I learned to believe in myself.
