My Current Role
I currently work as a Product Manager for the desktop platform. My role involves understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities to improve our products, and working with the team to deliver features that make the platform more powerful, efficient, and user-friendly. I also closely follow industry trends and compare our products with others in the market to identify opportunities for improvement. As technology evolves, I’m particularly excited about exploring how AI and other emerging technologies can help us build smarter, more efficient solutions for our users.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I would describe myself as a positive and self-motivated person who enjoys taking on new challenges. Whenever I face a difficult situation, I try to stay optimistic, learn from the experience, and keep moving forward instead of giving up.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, which helps me stay grounded. Music is another important part of my life. I love listening to songs and singing, and it has always been a source of joy and relaxation for me.
A Challenge That Strengthened Me
One of the most challenging phases of my career came when our team transitioned from maintaining physical machines to working with Azure-based virtual machines. Since Azure was completely new to me, I had to invest significant time in learning the technology while also adapting to new ways of working. The initial months were demanding, and there were many moments of trial and error.
However, that experience became a turning point in my journey. As I gained confidence, I not only completed the migration successfully but also shared my learnings with my teammates through knowledge-sharing sessions, helping them navigate the same challenges I had faced.
That phase strengthened more than just my technical skills—it changed my mindset. It taught me not to hesitate when faced with unfamiliar technologies. Today, whenever I encounter something new, I approach it with confidence, knowing that every challenge is an opportunity to learn, grow, and help others grow along the way.
Values I Live By
The value I hold on to the most is hard work. I’ve always believed that there is no substitute for sincere effort, and it’s something I would never compromise on. Whatever the responsibility, I believe in giving my best and doing it with dedication.
I’m also someone who stays committed to my goals. Once I decide to achieve something, I stay focused and continue working towards it, even when the journey takes longer than expected.
To me, success isn’t about finding the easiest path. It’s about staying true to what matters, putting in consistent effort, and trusting that perseverance will eventually lead to the results.
People Who Influenced Me
Early in my career, my first Team Lead, Berkunath, had a lasting influence on me. He showed me that leadership is not just about assigning work—it’s about understanding people, supporting them, and knowing when they need encouragement. Watching the way he guided the team and patiently explained technical challenges taught me what thoughtful leadership looks like.
More recently, Jegan has further influenced my perspective, particularly in handling difficult situations. One quality I admire most is his patience. No matter how challenging the circumstances, he approaches them with composure and clarity, reminding me that staying calm is often the first step toward finding the right solution.
Together, these leaders have shaped my own approach to leadership. They taught me that technical knowledge is important, but empathy, patience, and the ability to support people are what truly make a leader effective.
Recognition is earned through consistent effort, and growth begins the moment we embrace every opportunity.

My Advice to Young Minds
My advice to young minds is simple: don't let hesitation hold you back. If you have a meaningful idea or perspective, express it with confidence. Speaking up is one of the best ways to learn and grow.
Be open to new opportunities and never stop learning. Every new responsibility or challenge adds to your experience and helps you become better.
Most importantly, be patient. Not everything works out the way we expect, but staying calm and thinking through a situation always leads to better decisions. In my experience, confidence, a willingness to learn, and patience are qualities that will take you a long way.
How the Journey Shaped Me
My journey has shaped me in many ways beyond my career. As I took on greater responsibilities, I learned to stay patient, think through situations carefully, and approach challenges with a calmer mindset.
Over time, I realized that these changes influenced my personal life as well. Whether at work or at home, I now handle responsibilities with greater clarity and confidence. More than anything, this journey has taught me that the way we understand people and respond to situations can make a meaningful difference in every part of life.
Best Feedback
One piece of advice that has stayed with me came from my former Team Lead, Berkunath. Early in my career, I was quite introverted and often hesitated to express my thoughts. He told me that if I believed in an idea, I should share it with confidence. Otherwise, even a good idea might go unheard.
That simple advice changed the way I communicate. Since then, I've made a conscious effort to express my thoughts with confidence while remaining open to different perspectives, and it continues to guide me even today.
Reframing My Understanding
When I first started my career, I rarely hesitated to take on new responsibilities. My instinct was always to say yes and find a way to get the work done, even if it meant putting in extra hours.
Over time, I realised that commitment isn't about saying yes to everything. It's about understanding what I can realistically take on and being transparent about it from the beginning. Setting the right expectations helps build trust and allows me to give my best to every responsibility I accept.
My Personal Achievement
One of my proudest achievements has been building my own home. Growing up, my family always lived in rented houses, so owning a home was a dream I carried with me from childhood. To me, it was never just about having a house - it was about creating a place my family could truly call our own.
After I started working, I was able to turn that dream into reality. It remains one of the most meaningful milestones in my life.
The Phase I Would Relive
If I could relive one phase of my life, it would be my college days. I was a quiet introvert who often held myself back. I hesitated to participate in activities, speak up, or make the most of the opportunities around me because I lacked confidence.
If I had the chance to go back, I wouldn't try to change who I was. Instead, I would be more open to new experiences, participate more actively, and worry less about what others might think. I believe I would come away with even more memories, friendships, and experiences to cherish.
Moments That Make Me Smile
One of the memories that always brings a smile to my face is an office trip I went on with my colleagues. At work, we usually saw one another in a professional setting, focused on our responsibilities. During that trip, however, I got to see a completely different side of many of my teammates.
The conversations, the laughter, and the little moments of fun revealed personalities I had never noticed before. It was heartwarming to see how carefree and playful everyone could be outside the workplace, and those simple moments made the trip truly memorable.
Whenever I think about that trip, it still brings a smile to my face. More than anything else, I cherish the memories we created together and the friendships that grew from those shared moments.
