My Current Role
Currently, I am part of the Central of Excellence team. My role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives and working closely with product, website, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment across projects. I initially worked on preparing and rolling out guidelines for videos and shorts. Over time, I became involved in broader initiatives such as the rollout of Code Studio and the AI Chat integration for our website. These responsibilities require collaborating with multiple stakeholders, bringing teams together, and helping drive initiatives from planning to execution. What I enjoy most about this role is the opportunity to work across different functions and contribute to initiatives that create value across the organization.
My Experience throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a straightforward and responsible person who believes in approaching everything I take up with dedication and a strong sense of responsibility. Whether it is work or personal commitments, I prefer taking ownership and doing it to the best of my ability.
Beyond work, I am a family-oriented person. I prefer having a small circle of close friends and usually spend my time with people who are close to me rather than being part of a larger group. I am not someone who easily connects with everyone, but I value the relationships I build.
Whenever I get free time, I enjoy spending it with my family. For me, those moments are simple but meaningful, and they are often the ones I enjoy the most.
How The Journey Shaped Me
Syncfusion is where my career began, and many of the things I learned here have helped me in my personal life. Since I lost my father at a young age, I had to take on responsibilities early. Over the years, handling responsibilities at work and at home taught me how to deal with challenges, manage situations, and make decisions when things became difficult. One of the biggest things I gained from this journey is the ability to handle critical situations without getting overwhelmed. Whether it is managing a team or taking care of family responsibilities, much of what I do today comes from the experiences and learning I gained throughout my journey here.
My Inspiration
During my early days, my first leader, Gunasekaran, inspired me with his technical strength. Seeing the depth of his knowledge made me feel that I should also become technically strong. Later, when I worked with Vijay Kumar, I admired the way he handled people and managed teams. Today, when I look at Vijayanand, I see a combination of qualities, from technical expertise to team handling and decision-making. Over the years, I have never looked at inspiration as something that comes from just one person. I believe every person has qualities worth learning from, and I have always tried to take those positives and learn from them.
My Advice To Young Professionals
My advice to young professionals is to be dedicated and responsible in whatever work you do. When a task is assigned to you, take the time to understand it properly instead of simply trying to complete it. Understand what needs to be done, identify where you are struggling, and put in the effort to learn and improve. The better you understand your work, the more effectively you will be able to handle it.
At the same time, I feel both work and personal life are important. When it is time to work, focus on your work. When it is time for yourself, spend that time happily. Focusing only on work can make you miss your personal life, while focusing only on personal life can affect your career. For me, a person should make room for both.
Every problem has to be faced and solved; avoiding it only delays the solution.

More About Me !!
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Finding A Sense of Belonging
Over the years, there have been many moments that made me feel I was in the right place. Whether it was handling customer escalations, working on complex tasks, leading a team, or making product decisions, I was always comfortable taking ownership and finding solutions.
Whenever a challenge came up, I focused on understanding the situation and moving it in the right direction. Seeing positive outcomes from those efforts reassured me that I was handling my role well. The same feeling continued across the different teams and products I worked on throughout my journey. Looking back, being able to take responsibility, solve problems, and handle different situations effectively is what made me feel that this role suited me and that I belonged here.
My Perspective on Leadership
For me, one of the most important qualities of a good leader is decision-making. A leader should be able to understand a situation clearly and make the right decisions at the right time. At the same time, they should understand the people in their team and the situations they are going through.
When something goes wrong, I do not think a leader should immediately place the blame on team members. Instead, they should understand what happened, analyze the reason behind it, and decide how to move forward. A good leader should take responsibility, remain accountable, and handle situations in a way that supports both the team and the work.
My Personal Achievement
One achievement I am proud of is building my personal life from scratch. I started with very little and gradually built everything on my own. Today, I have a home, a family, and an identity that I have created through my own efforts.
When I look back, what gives me satisfaction is not any one milestone, but the fact that I built it myself. From where I started to where I am today, every step has been my own journey. For me, that is my biggest personal achievement.
Moments That Make Me Smile
One incident from my early days at the office still makes me laugh whenever I think about it. Back then, late-night work was quite common. One night, while waiting for a build to complete, I went into a meeting room for a short break and accidentally fell asleep.
The funny part was that everyone assumed I had gone home. As the hours passed and nobody could find me, people started searching for me across the office. Eventually, they became so concerned that they even contacted my family, wondering where I had disappeared.
Meanwhile, I was peacefully sleeping in the meeting room the entire time.
I only woke up around 11 o’clock the next morning when a facility team member came in and woke me up. By then, everyone had been looking for me for hours. The moment I stepped out and realized the confusion I had caused, it was hard not to laugh. Even today, it is one of those memories that instantly brings a smile to my face.
A Phase I Would Relive
If I had the chance to relive a phase of my life, it would be the early days at the office. Most of the memories that come to mind are connected to the friends I spent that time with. Whether it was the conversations during breaks, the fun we had outside work, or simply spending time together, those were some of the most enjoyable moments of that phase.
Even when I think about my childhood, many of my favorite memories are connected to friends and the time spent with them. Even today, whenever we meet, those old memories come back naturally and remind me of those good times.
