[AllControls] Xamarin.Forms WPF support

Good afternoon,
we are developing a Xamarin.Forms application but we must use WPF instead of UWP mixed with Android and IOS, the problem is that seems that Syncfusion controls don't work under a WPF project.
The official support of Xamarin.Forms WPF is currently in previewhttps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/xamarin/xamarin-forms/platform/other/wpf
There is a solution in order to get Xamarin.Forms WPF working with Syncfusion Xamarin controls?
Thanks in advance

Hi Marco,

Greetings from Syncfusion.

We are having Xamarin Forms WPF support for limited controls and the supported controls is listed in the below user guide documentation link.

Also, we will be extending it to other controls based on demands. If you have any specific controls, please let us know.

Thanks,
Rachel.

Good afternoon,

the best would be for us to leave UWP for WPF, so to deploy our app on IOS, Android and WPF (instead of UWP), se we need these controls (for now):

Syncfusion.Xamarin.Buttons
Syncfusion.Xamarin.Cards
Syncfusion.Xamarin.SfBusyIndicator
Syncfusion.Xamarin.SfComboBox
Syncfusion.Xamarin.SfDataGrid
Syncfusion.Xamarin.SfImageEditor
Syncfusion.Xamarin.SfListView
Syncfusion.Xamarin.SfMaskedEdit
Syncfusion.Xamarin.SfNavigationDrawer
Syncfusion.Xamarin.SfProgressBar
Syncfusion.Xamarin.SfRangeSlider
Syncfusion.Xamarin.SfTabView

Thanks in advance

Hi Marco,

Thank you for the update.

We have already implemented the Xamarin Forms WPF support for the below controls.

1)     Buttons

2)     ListView

3)     ProgressBar

And for other controls, we have created feedback report for tracking the status of the request and it will be implemented in any of the upcoming release.

Control
Feedback report
Card
Busy Indicator
Combo Box
Data Grid
Image Editor
Navigation Drawer
Range Slider
Mask Edit
Tab View

Thanks,
Rachel.

As per the list of WPF supported sf controls sfcalander is 'Yes' but in the getting started guide nothing is mentioned about WPF support

Hi Muhammad,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have reviewed the update regarding XForms WPF support in SfCalendar.

The SfCalendar was not supported in the XForms WPF support, only the SfScheduler is supported. We have made a mistake in the document and will be publishing the changes shortly.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thanks,

Shivani
