Big data was no big deal for Professor Cristian Kevorchian at the University of Bucharest once he started using the Syncfusion Big Data Platform.
Processing big data is becoming more and more crucial to businesses worldwide in order for them to remain competitive, which means that developers with big data savvy are becoming more and more in demand in the job market. It’s Cristian Kevorchian’s task to prepare student developers for that job market as a professor at the University of Bucharest. Professor Kevorchian decided to use Syncfusion’s Big Data Platform to demonstrate big data services in his course Software Development Methods and Cloud Computing.
“The platform was very useful to explain a lot of concepts from big data and how big data can be delivered as a service in cloud,” said Professor Kevorchian.
With Syncfusion’s Community License, Professor Kevorchian could integrate a real, commercial big data product into his course to prepare his students for the future on an education-friendly budget.
