Defer Layout Update error

Hi,

"In the demo test, I disabled the 'Defer Layout Update' feature, then switched to 'source', and when I switched back to 'demo', I found that the 'Defer Layout Update' section had disappeared."

"When setting 'enableVirtualization' to true, after dragging the scrollbar left and right, I found that the total number on the right is not fully displayed."

We have checked the reported issue and we are able to reproduce it at our end. The reported issue occurs due to the component gets refreshed while we switch between the tabs. We have considered this issue as a bug titled “DeferLayoutUpdate DOM get destroyed while we refresh the component”. And this issue fix will be included in our May second weekly patch release which is scheduled to be rolled out on May 15, 2024. We have resolved the reported issue “DeferLayoutUpdate DOM get destroyed while we refresh the component”, but currently we are testing this issue fix in all possible scenarios. Therefore, we are unable to deliver the bug fix as promised. However, we will assure you that this issue fix will be included in our upcoming weekly release which is estimated to roll out at May 22, 2024. Thanks for the patience. We are glad to announce that our weekly Release V25.2.5 is rolled out and the fix for the reported issue “DeferLayoutUpdate DOM get destroyed while we refresh the component” has been included in this release. However, it will be refreshed in sample browser in our upcoming vol 2 main release which is estimated to be roll out at the mid of June 2024. And, we have prepared a sample with latest version for your reference.

Issue root cause: 

The reported issue occurred due to the DOM element gets destroyed while refreshing component. The issue has now been resolved by preventing the deferLayoutUpdate DOM elements from being destroyed when the component gets refreshed.
