Unordered List Bullets Not Showing

Question

I have an app using the Rich Text Editor and bullets are not showing up in the editor. I have looked for all instances of "list-style-type: none" relating to the RTE and it's not changing anything. There is no custom css altering the bullet behavior of this particular element or anything on the page. What could be the problem/possible troubleshooting? Using Vue 3
