PDFViewer fails on multiple requests

Hello Syncfusion,


We are encountering a strange issue whereby loading a pdf in pdfviewer works perfectly until some other request comes in place.

To give more details, we are viewing large pdfs that can take 20-30 seconds to load. During this period, any subsequent requests will fails with error "Invalid PDF file type or PDF file not found. Please select a valid PDF file".

How can we ensure that the service can respond to multiple concurrent requests is there something that we are missing?

The error message "Invalid PDF file type or PDF file not found. Please select a valid PDF file" appears when the document is not found at the specified server location. Could you please check if the requested document is present at the server location or not?

Hey Chinnamunia, 


Apparently there was another failure at our PDF generation class (not related to Syncfusion) but since the error was masked by pdfviewer this created a confusion for the development team.
