I have a problem, when I want to view a document with an internal signature box. When I use a pdf reader it does show me the signature boxes along with it, but when I open the document in the PDF VIEWER it does not show me anything.
We suspect that the issue might be a document specific. We kindly request you to load the document in our demo link below. If possible, please try using different documents to see if the issue persists. In case you encounter any problems specific to a particular document, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a copy of the PDF file for further analysis. Additionally, please provide details about the viewer you are using in which the signature is displayed in the PDF.

I already loaded the document, the document was created by the C# api to generate signature boxes and sign, these boxes if I can visualize them in the adobe reader but when I load it to the pdfViewer these are not seen and it hides me the signature boxes already signed.
We were able to reproduce the reported behavior “Signed signature is not visible in the PDF Viewer” and suspect this to be a defect. We will analyze further on this and update you with more details in two business days.
Thanks you very much, looking forward for your answer
