'The included Syncfusion license key is invalid' after upgrade to version 22.1.34

Hi,

I just upgraded the Community Edition from version 21.1.3 to version 22.1.34.

Got the new licence key.

Now when debugging my app, I get the message that the licence key is invalid.

I noticed that the new licence key is much shorter that the previous one.

Am I missing something?


I cleaned the solution, removed the bin and obj folders, but nothing seems to fix my problem.

This kind of warning occurred when we used the latest key with older version of packages. We highly recommend to verifying that all the installed Syncfusion packages, including 'Syncfusion.Licensing', have been successfully upgraded to version 22.1.*. Failing to update any of these packages might be the underlying cause of the issue you are currently facing.


Kindly ensure that you have followed our suggestion and perform the necessary updates. If you continue to encounter the problem, please reach out to us with the updated information with platform that you have using. Based on that we can assist you further.

Hi Johan,

We had an issue with the regional date and time format in v22.1.34 during the license validation process. However, we have successfully resolved this issue, and it has been included in the weekly release v22.1.36.

To ensure that, please install the latest version of Syncfusion.Licensing v22.1.36 from nuget.org and update all dependent NuGet packages to the same version.


If you encounter any problems still, please share the following details.


  1. List of Syncfusion NuGet packagesassemblies or scripts used and its version,
  1. Target Framework and Platform of your application, 
  1. Screenshot of the issue.
