TreeGrid show "No records to display" after changed datasource (using Freeze + enableCollapseAll)

Hi Syncfusion,

I'm using the TreeGrid component and the Freeze feature +  load all the rows in a collapsed state when the TreeGrid is rendered for the first time.
Link sample: https://stackblitz.com/run?file=index.js,data.js

After I changed dataSource, although the dataSource has some data, the tree grid show "No records to display".

Replication Procedure:

  1. Click the "Add level 2" button to change dataSource

I detected the issue and realized that when I don't use frozen and collapse all features at the same time, the problem doesn't appear.

Is this an issue?

Thanks.

Hi Ton That Hung,

Greetings from Syncfusion support.

We are able to replicate the problem from your shared details(In case of Freeze with EnableCollapseAll) on Initial rendering.

Before confirmed it as issue, we need some more additional details to find the cause of the issue..

  1. Confirm whether the issue occurs at initial Render or after changing the datasource.
  2. Shared Stackblitz sample is not runnable. Can you please share runnable Stackblitz link.
  3. Video demo to replicate the issue.

Based on your details, we will share bug confirmation details.

Shek Mohammed Asiq
