FileManager with IndexDB (or any other in-browser data)

How do I use the FileManager component to display information in IndexDB? IndexDB is an in-browser database so it is not remote. The FileManager component only integrates over http but I would like to display local information stored in the browser in IndexDB. How can I implement a custom file provider that can provide data from IndexDB or any other local data stored in the browser (session, localstorage, etc.)? Do you have an API that I can override so FileManager does not use HTTP?

Hi Anthony,

We have reviewed your shared details and understand that you want to obtain data using DataManager adaptors instead of AjaxSettings in the File Manager component. We regret to inform you that currently we don’t have DataManager adaptors support in our File Manager component. However, we have considered this as a feature from our end. Support for this feature will be included in any of our upcoming releases.

At Syncfusion, we prioritize features based on their rank, customer demand, and volume of requests received. We will keep you informed when this feature is included in our upcoming releases. You can track the progress of the implementation through the portal link below.
