How dataBind function works in React Functional Components?

Hello Team,In some examples I have found the use of the dataBind() function, what does it work for and what effect does it produce in a react application? And what happens to the component when that function is called? Regards

DataBind() is used in the diagram to examine changes to the
component right away. The dataBind technique is used to immediately reflect
