I have VS 2022 17.4.0 but get an warning if try to install Syncfusion NET MAUI:

Yes of course. Nobody can install your .net maui controls on the latest version of Visual Studio. Nobody. I have tried on four different machines.

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support,


The reported issue "Message Additional Software Required is displayed" was due to some technical issue and this won’t affect the installation of the control's NuGet packages on your machine, you can still able to develop the apps using the installed NuGet and explore the demos with the latest version 20.3.0.56. This error message issue will be resolved in the volume 4 release.

What is the release timeline for volume 4, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th quarter of 2023 or is there something more specific you can provide like a specific month that is *might* be out by?

Our Volume 4 release of 2022 was already released in December/2022. We have published a detailed roadmap on Syncfusion MAUI controls for all four volumes of 2023. Please refer to the below link.
