Custom aggregates when using the SfDataManager

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to use custom aggregates in the SfGrid when using the SfDataManager to get the remote data.

As per the examples you need to access the data with LINQ but I cannot see a way to do this in this case.

Is this possible or is the data in the DataManager not publicly accessible?

Regards,

Alex

Hi Alex,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.

Query: “Is this possible or is the data in the DataManager not publicly accessible?

We understand your requirement, but we would like to inform you that while using SfDataManager component to fetch the datasource, only the current page records will returned from server or database and displayed in Grid. Current page records can be found using GetCurrentViewRecordsAsync() method of grid. Please find the below API documentation link for your reference.

https://help.syncfusion.com/cr/blazor/Syncfusion.Blazor.Grids.SfGrid-1.html#Syncfusion_Blazor_Grids_SfGrid_1_GetCurrentViewRecordsAsync

Using this method, you can find the current page records and perform the own calculations and display the values in Custom aggregate. Please get back to us if you have further queries.
