When Printing + Event Template The Printed Page Shows No Text Or Color Just An Outline

Hello,

I'm using the Syncfusion React Scheduler with event templates and turned on Printing.

However, when using event templates it prints a schedule where the events are just outlines with no text in it.

I tried changing the styles on the event template, text color, but no change.

Here is what it looks like:



You can just about make out the outlines of the two events here.

If I don't use an event template, it works fine.

Any ideas?

We have checked the reported problem and let you know that we have considered it as a bug at our end and have logged the below bug report. The fix will be included by the 25th of October and would appreciate your valuable patience until then. You can track the status by using the below link.

Sorry, we are facing complexity in fixing the issue at the source level. So, we couldn’t include the fix as promised and we are working on this with high priority. The fix for the issue is rescheduled for the volume 4 release. We will let you know once it is included.
