How to put a required text box for a specific user

For example, after user A adds two textboxes (X and Y) in a PDF viewer and saves it, can I implement the functionality myself to check if user B has entered textbox X and user C has entered textbox Y?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We don’t have any functionality to achieve your requirement. There is no user info property to check who has entered the value in the text box.
