Is this expected behavior? It is related to the previous feedback. When the window width is reduced

Is this expected behavior? It is related to the previous feedback. After reducing the width of the window, if I resize the document, there is a certain probability that I will jump to the navigation view.


(This seems to be caused by auto-navigation to navigation view when less than 10%. How should I avoid this error while retaining the ability to automatically jump to navigation view when zooming the page less than 10% under normal circumstances?)

Hi ,

We were able to reproduce the issue, “Viewer shows the thumbnail view when we resize the document in reduced window width” . Currently, we are validating this issue and we will update the further details on July 20, 2022.

We have confirmed that the issue “Viewer shows the thumbnail view when we change the page view mode of the document in reduced window width” is a defect and logged a defect report for this issue. The patch for this issue will be delivered on August 10 , 2022.

We are still working on the issue, “Changing the page view mode automatically changes the viewer to a thumbnail view” due to the complexity of the issue. We will provide patch for this issue on August 17,2022 without any further delay.

Hi Shompinice,

We have fixed the issue “Changing the page view mode automatically changes the viewer to a thumbnail view”and the custom NuGet for the same can be downloaded from the attached file.   

Disclaimer: Please note that we have created this NuGet for version 20.2.0.44 specifically to resolve the following issue reported in this forum 176247.

Note : Kindly follow the steps to clear the NuGet cache and then install patched NuGet to get the issue resolved.

This fix will be included in our volume 3 release, which is expected to be available by September 2022

We have resolved the issue “Changing the page view mode automatically changes the viewer to a thumbnail view” and now the fix can be available in our latest weekly NuGet(v20.2.0.48).
