I can't apply syncfusion grid v20.2.38 with vue 2

Query : Uncaught TypeError: Object(...) is not a function


Based on your query, we could suspect that the reported problem occurs due to below reasons


  • Declaration of class-component in package.json file is not required for vue2, kindly ensure this with your sample.


  • Please ensure to set the exact version for the packages instead of using Caret symbol (“^”)  especially in Vue ("vue": "2.6.11") and vue-template-compiler (  "vue-template-compiler": "2.6.11") because this may considered the latest version. We doesn’t have support for the latest version.


                                                                             


  • Also we need to convey that if you need to install components like “buttons, calendars etc ” you can install the components in package.json file instead of installing these component in the terminal window.




These are the reasons for the reported problem occurs. Kindly ensure the above mention points with your sample.


We have prepared a sample with latest version(v2.3.38) of the Grid component, kindly refer the attached sample for your references.


If it doesn’t meet your exact requirement, kindly share the below details with us to validate your query further.


  • Please share the issue replicated sample with us which will be more helpful to validate at our end.
  • Please share the video demonstration of the issue have been faced.

Do you have any updates on this problem?

I have the same problem with the Gantt diagramm despite following your instructions that I did.

Could you check it please.

I delete node_modules files because its was too large .So I have the sam

Hi Nurbek,


As we updated earlier, the reported issue might be due to the dependencies installation. Please follow the steps provided in our previous update in this thread. We have tried the issue in the shared sample, but it is working fine at our end. If you are still facing the issue in the Gantt component, please share the stack trace for further validation.
