Initial animation not displayed when using legend item builder

Hello, I found an issue that initial animation is not displayed while using legendItemBuilder. This issue is the same as https://www.syncfusion.com/forums/160471/initial-animation-not-displayed-when-using-legend-item-builder. It looks that it hasn't been fixed for SfCircularChart. Issue is present on current version: 20.2.36
