New Blazor Project errors...

Hi, 

the newly created blazor wasm project using the Blazor Extension tool does not work (see screenshot).

initially, i had to add the Themes package to eliminate the css 404 loading error

then none of the controls work... see errors on dev tools in screen capture ...

i am using VS 2022 Ver 17.3 Preview 2 , Net6 and the latest blazor packages.

We have checked your query and prepared an sample using .net6 and WASM with latest version. But we could not able to replicate the reported issue at our end. Kindly refer the attached sample for your reference.

If the reported issue is still persist then kindly share the below details to validate further at our end.


  1. Share us the entire Grid code snippet along with model class.
  2. Share us the way you have referred the scripts and styles.
  3. Share us the video demonstration of the issue.
  4. If possible kindly share us the issue reproduceable sample or modify the reported issue on the above mentioned sample.


The above-requested details will be very helpful for us to validate the reported query at our end and provide the solution as early as possible.

here is a sample project and it's exactly what the extension has created. 

i only added the blazor.themes package which also is missing from the generated project.

Thank you for sharing the details


We checked your sample and video. We seem you use the lowest version of Syncfusion Blazor Template Studio extension (19.4.0.**). We checked this issue from our latest Syncfusion Blazor Template Studio extension (v20.2.0.36) by creating a sample its working fine.


Could you please do the below steps to update the Syncfusion Blazor template studio extension from your side and check the issue?


1. Open Visual Studio and go to Extensions->Manage Extensions->Updates.

2. Select Blazor Extensions – Syncfusion and click the Update button.

3. Close all Visual Studio instances then VSIXInstaller is opened.

4. Click the Modify button in the installer and start the update process.

5. Once the update process is completed, create a sample using the latest template studio.


Also, please check the attached working sample created from the latest Syncfusion Blazor Template Studio as your sample combination.


Please let us know if you have any concerns about this.

strange... i updated the syncfusion extensions as notified by VS. i am reinstalling the lates now. will try and let you know.

after reinstalling all extensions, everything seems to work just fine except this error in the querybuilder page ...

PS: i ran the project as created by the tool. no changes.

We checked the reported  issue that Query Builder compilation error in Syncfusion Hosted PWA Web application, and we are unable to  reproduce the reported issue. Kindly share the issue reproducing sample to check this issue further.

Also, please check the attached
Query Builder working sample created from the latest Syncfusion Blazor Template Studio as your sample combination.
