New version kanban has a bug

Question

The code of my kanban below, will have stack overflow error when you 
click the AllowAdding button in any of the kanban columns. The problem 
disappears if you change the version from 19.4.0.38 to 19.3.0.54. I also
 tried 20.2.0.36, only 19.3.0.54 does not have the bug.
