Add dialog not opened properly when click the column add button

Current Behavior: Add dialog not opened properly when click the column add button.

Actual Behavior: Need to open add dialog when click the column add button.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Open the above sample.
  2. Click Column add button.
  3. Now, application closed instead of opening add dialog.
