React Typescript Kanban cards drag and drop doesn't consistently work when the column is empty

Hi,

We have been attempting to update our current Kanban control to the syncfusion control for react and have come across the following issue. We can drag and drop cards to columns that already contain other cards, but when we attempt to drag and drop a card into an empty column there is no 'drag area' and will fail to be moved into the selected column.

Do you have any idea why this is the case? We seem to be using the latest fluent ui styles as per documentation and have a default react kanban set up with our dataset.

Thanks

Hi Michael,

Greetings from Syncfusion support.

We have considered the issue "Dropped clone is not rendered at empty column" as a bug from our end, and the fix for the issue will be included with our upcoming weekly patch release on July 12, 2022.

You can now track the current status of the report, review the proposed resolution timeline, and contact us for any further inquiries through this link:

We have included the fix for the issue “Dragging not working properly when dynamically set the dialog header" with our package version 20.2.38. So, can you please upgrade your package to the latest to resolve the issue from your end?
