error when filtering values in a column with the merge mode

I have a grid with several values and 4 columns to which a merge must be applied. All good up to there, the problem is when I apply a filter to any column, the grid always falls due to an internal error of the DLL, since when checking the method to obtain the range there is no error.

According to what the error in value says is out of range, I already checked the assigned ranges and if they look good, in fact I don't understand where that 9 is taken from if the list only has 7
