How to remove water mark when convert the presentation to image(pptx to png).

Hi.

I am using this (https://www.syncfusion.com/kb/9166/how-to-export-a-powerpoint-presentation-file-as-images-in-c-vb-net )example to convert a pptx file to png image.

It works well, but there's a water mark on the PNG image shows : Created with trial version of Syncfusion Essential presentation.

How can I remove this watermark? and could you help me to check if my current subscription already include this product?

Regarding - How can I remove this watermark?
If you are using Syncfusion NuGet packages from nuget.org or assemblies from trial installer, you should generate and register the corresponding version and platforms license key in your application to avoid trial license warning.

Our license keys are version and platform-specific and it’s just a string that needs to be registered before initiating any Syncfusion controls in your application. So, please ensure that all the referenced Syncfusion assemblies\NuGet packages are on the same version as license key’s version.

Also, you should set “CopyLocal” to True to Syncfusion.Licensing.dll along with all other Syncfusion assemblies and ensure that the Syncfusion.Licensing.dll assembly also deployed with your application in same version.

Note:

• If you’ve upgraded both license key and assemblies Nuget packages, could you please try cleaning your project, deleting the bin\obj folders and rebuild your application, then check whether it resolves the issue.
• If you are using any template file for generating the image, please ensure that the original template file doesn’t has any license trial warning.

Yes. We have found that you have Essential JS license, and it allows you to do presentation to image conversions.

Regarding - How can I remove this watermark?

As mentioned earlier in our previous update, we suggest you should generate and register the corresponding version and platform license key in your application to avoid trial watermark content.
