We are unable to move the fix in this Weekly NuGet due to complexity. We will include this fix in our weekly NuGet release scheduled for May 24, 2022, without fail, and let you know once the package is available to download from nuget.org.

As for now kindly download the Custom NuGet from the previous update and use it to resolve the issue.

Hi Ramya,

I download the Custom NuGet and use it offline installation. But the issue is not fixed I got the error FormatException.

Krailit.

RS Ramya Sivakumar Syncfusion Team May 19, 2022 09:56 AM UTC

Hi Krailit,

We suspect the older version of NuGet is referred from the NuGet cache. So kindly remove the 20.1.0.55 version package from the syncfusion.xlsio.net.core folder. And then download and use the Custom NuGet.

Kindly use the following steps to remove the older package and install the Custom NuGet.

  • Press Win+R on your machine.
  • Type .nuget and click enter.
  • Open the packages and search for syncfusion.xlsio.net.core
  • Open that folder and search for the 20.1.0.55 version.
  • Delete the 20.1.0.55 version folder.
  • Now go back to the application and install the custom NuGet again.
  • Rebuild the solution and execute.

If you are still facing any issues kindly let us know your availability and time zone to schedule a web meeting. Based on your confirmation, we will send you the meeting invite.

Regards,

Ramya.
