syncfusion controls are greýed out

HelloI have instaled syncfusiòn controls in vs 2019 community edition in win 7 64bit ultimate. When I create a new project and in designer moďe in toolbox I found the syncfùsion tab but all components are grayed òut. Kyriakos

Hi Kyriakos, 

Please follow the below steps to reset\reinstall the toolbox and let us know if this is works for you. 

Open Visual Studio 2019 and Navigate to Extensions -> Manage Extensions
Search for the "Syncfusion Toolbox Installer" VSExtension and uninstall if it is installed.
  

Now , please run the toolbox utility to configure the controls in the Visual Studio toolbox. Follow the documentation given below for Toolbox configuration https://help.syncfusion.com/common/essential-studio/utilities#toolbox-configuration  
Open Visual Studio 2019 Toolbox and check whether Syncfusion Toolbox controls configured with the icons after running the utility
 
If the problem is still not resolved, please follow this guidelines and share the installer logs generated by our tool to check the problem.
