Expanding or collapsing groups is not working correctly when grouping is enabled together with virtualization (Since version 19.4.0.43)

Hi,

When grouping is used with virtualization expanded groups can not be collapsed, collapsed groups can not be expanded. The expand/collapse icon toggles but data does not change. When there are enough data to scroll down/up so that virtualization process loads some data, then the previous actions take place.

I tried to simulate the problem with a simple template project. I used your source codes from
https://blazor.syncfusion.com/documentation/datagrid/grouping and added just EnableVirtualization="true"

Attached video shows that it was working with version 19.4.0.42 but it is not working with the latest version (19.4.0.54). I tried both Visual Studio 2019 with .Net 5 and VS2022 with .Net 6, results are the same.

Can you please check this problem.

Thanks & kind regards
