Prevent scrolling on re render

Hello!

I have prepared fork with my problem. It located here : https://stackblitz.com/edit/scheduler-using-functional-componets-and-hooks-m3mqdj?file=components/child.js

I'm using functional components in React with Schedule. I have faced problem with Timeline year and Month. I have input check in Resourcetemplate. When I'm scrolling to some person in bottom and  check him it proceed with re-render and scroll position goes to top of scheduler.  I have tried it with timeline day, and it's seems to be working as I expected. Could you help with that problem?

We have confirmed the reported problem as a defect at our end and we logged the defect report. The fix for the issue will be included in our weekly patch release which is scheduled for 01st March 2022.

We have fixed the issue and are currently in the testing phase. We will include this solution in our next patch release which is scheduled for March 08, 2022.
