SfMaskedTextbox error with Japanese

Hello Everyone,

I am having a problem with my page which is designed by using SfMaskedTextbox (on Syncfusion 19.0.3.54).

This happens on Chrome, Edge (Installed browsers in my Windows) ..

Where my format is set to AAA-AAA-AAAA and my keyboard's imemode = Japanese. This error will occur when i input Japanese text -> Press Enter -> Ctrl+A -> Delete.

At this time, the text inside sfMaskedTExtbox will be like this "

i don't know how so solve. Anyone can help me.

Thanks for your shared information. We have confirmed the reported issue as a bug at our end and this fix will be included in our upcoming patch release, which is expected to be rolled out on March 8th,2022.

Based on further validation. Currently the reported issue is not replicate from our local machine. we suggest you test the below attached sample. If still you have faced the issue, then please revert the sample with detailed issue replication procedure. These details will help us to provide exact solution as earlier as possible.

Thanks for sharing the video demonstration to replicate the issue. we can replicate the reported issue on our end. Due to the specific Japanese cultural inputs, it has taken more than expected time to replicate and fix the reported issue at our end. We will fix the issue in our upcoming volume 1 SP1 release, which is expected to be rolled out at the end of April 2022.

We are facing complexity to resolve this issue. We will include it in the upcoming weekly patch release.

Which is expected to be rolled out on May 24th, 2022.
