FreeText Annotation losing padding when saving PDF - PdfViewer

Question

I am having this problem.When a use the freeText Annotation in PDF Viewer the boxes are different when editing and when saving. i've tried to use flatten with no luck.Editing  Saved PDF File Lost padding.Is there any way to achieve the same appearanace?

We can reproduce the issue “Freetext annotation padding is different in the saved document” when we open with the Adobe reader. We have forwarded this issue to our development team for further analysis, and we will update further details on 17th January 2022.

We have included the fix for this issue "Free Text annotation losing padding when saving PDF document" in our latest weekly NuGet release, so kindly upgrade to latest version v19.4.0.50 to get the issue resolved.
