Web online installation still failed

The reason for the failure is the same

Hi ??, 
From the error log it looks like you are trying to install our “syncfusionessentialhtmlconverter_19.4.0.38.exe” add-on. 
 
Could you please try the below steps to proceed the installation? 
 
  1. Ensure the installation directory had enough permissions.
  2. Ensure there are no other installation is running in the background.
 
  1. Restart your machine and try again the installation.
 
If still the installation problem is not resolved, could you please share the following information so that we can investigate further? 
  1. Syncfusion installer you are trying to install.
  2. Kindly follow the steps suggested in the below KB article link and send us the zip file which consists of Syncfusion Installer logs generated by our too  
  3. Screenshot of the installer when the issue occurred
  4. Windows OS version with build number 
 
 
  1. List of Visual Studio versions installed.
