How to add a vertical line in the column chart that moves to the right as the time of the day passes? (Please reply asap :( )

How to create the red vertical line that moves as per the time of the day?

The x axis represents the time of day and the y axis is a numeric value that simply represents the number of tasks in that 1 hour time interval. It would be helpful if you can provide the code for it.

You can be able to render a vertical line by specifying the plot band start and end value then update the start and end value in a specific period it will move towards the right.
