Hello,
I have a PDF file of 3.5MB with 73 (A4) pages. It loads in a blink of an eye.
I have a second PDF file of 40.5MB with (A4) pages, it loads in about 2 seconds.
Then I have a PDF file of 4.9MB with 1 (A0) page. It takes 1 minute and 40 seconds to load.
Loading this same file in Foxit takes 9.6 seconds.
Loading in Acrobat takes 13.2 seconds.
I've tried switching the renderer between Pdfium and SfPdf, but it makes no difference.
Is there a way to speed up this process?
Hi Wouter,
Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.
We tried to reproduce the issue ”Delay in loading A0 size PDF in Viewer” in our end with our PDF documents but we couldn’t reproduce the issue. We have attached the document that we used for reproducing the issue in the below link. Please let us know whether you are facing the same issue in the attached document.
Document link: https://www.syncfusion.com/downloads/support/forum/171346/ze/output1264692423
As we could not reproduce the issue in our end with our PDF document, we suspect this issue might be specific to PDF document. So please provide the PDF document in which you have faced the issue to analyze further on this and provide you a better solution.
Regards,
Raja Vignesh.
Hello Raja,
I can supply you a pdf. Is there a way to send a private message or can you send me an e-mail to the address that is linked to my account? I am not allowed to upload the file to a publicly available forum.

Hi Raja,
With which e-mail address should I login on that page? It shows me a Microsoft login page, but it does not recognize any of my work e-mail addresses. I tried using my personal Microsoft/Outlook address, but that also doesn't work.
Regards,
Wouter.
