NO type of Zoom functions on mobile

Hi , I'm having problems getting any type of zoom to function on mobile devices when using OpenStreetMap / MapBox tiles.

Toolbar & DoubleClick (double tap-on-screen) = no response.

Pinch = map either whites out or standard broken image icon appears.

Have tested on Chrome in various models of Samsung Galaxy & Asus Notepads.(all android).

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support. 
We are able to reproduce the reported scenarios with the provided sample link. We have considered this as an improvement as we need to support all the features in the Maps component for the mobile devices. However, we will include the solution for the improvement in our 2021 Volume 4 release which is expected to be available by the mid of December 2021. Please find the below feedback link to keep track of the implementation.

We have fixed the reported issues with the zooming of Maps component in the mobile devices. The fix is done for toolbar zooming, single  click and double click using touch. The fix is included in our Essential Studio 2021 Volume 4 release v19.4.0.38 which is rolled out and is available for download under the following link. 
 
 
We thank you for your support and appreciate your patience in waiting for this release. 
We have not implemented the pinch zooming support for online map providers due to the complexity in the implementation. However, we will include the improvement in our weekly patch release which is expected to be available in our 2021 Volume 4 SP release. Please find the below feedback link to keep track of the reported issue.

We have improved the pinch zooming support for online map providers in the Blazor Maps component. But we are unable to achieve the smoothness in the pinch zooming for the online map providers. However, we have considered this as an improvement and it will be continued as well as included in our 2022 Volume 1 release which is expected to be available by March 2022. 
The fix for the pinch zooming improvement is included in our Essential Studio 2021 Volume 4 SP release v19.4.0.48 that is rolled out and is available for download under the following link.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.


We have not improved the smoothness in the pinch zooming for the online map providers of the Maps component. However, this improvement will be available in our 2022 Volume 1 SP release which is expected to be available in May 2022.

Sorry for the inconvenience.


Due to the complexity of the implementation, we have not implemented smoothness on pinch zooming support for online map providers. Currently, zoom levels are increased one by one. However, we must compute the zoom level in decimal. As a result, while pinch zooming, we can achieve smoothness. However, due to the decimal value in the zoom level, the images in the map providers are broken, and the map's position is incorrect. However, we will implement the improvement in our Volume 2 SP 1 Release, which is expected to be available by the end of July 2022.

Due to the complexity of the implementation, we have not implemented smoothness on pinch zooming support for online map providers. As we informed earlier, we are unable to overcome the broken image problem when decimal values are set in the zoom level. However, we will implement the improvement in our Volume 3 SP Release.

We still need to overcome the broken image issue in the improvement when decimal values are set in the zoom level. So, this improvement will be included in any of our upcoming releases.
