Crosshair error occurs in certain web sizes

Depending on the width of the Chrome browser, crosshairs and tooltips sometimes appear well, and if you increase the size little by little and check whether the crosshairs appear, there is a browser width that causes an error.

The tooltip value is displayed correctly, but when you enter the developer tools, the error count increases by 1 each time you move the mouse, and the crosshair is not visible only there.

In the log file, errors may accumulate when the mouse moves, and the same errors may be repeated.

Hi Hush,

Greetings from Syncfusion.

We have ensured your reported scenario with the attached screenshot. The trackball for the chart is properly displayed, with no console errors.
For your reference, we have attached the tested sample and video.

By default, when mouse cursor is moved outside the chart area bounds, then trackball will be hidden automatically.

Please share the following information which will be more helpful for further analysis and provide you the solution sooner.
  • Try to reproduce the reported scenario in the above sample.
  • Please share your sample (or) code snippet with full configurations.
  • Share the details if you have done any other customization in your sample.

Kindly revert us, if you have any concerns.

Regards,
Durga G

Thank you for your kind answer. I checked your sample and couldn't find the same error as me. It seems that this is happening only in my source. If you have any guesswork, please answer.

I have attached the video to the zip file.
