From the details, we have found that your requirement is to restrict editing the particular part of the Word document. Currently, DocIO doesn’t have support for restrict/allow editing the particular part of the Word document, instead we have preservation support(Open and saving the document) for restrict/allow editing the entire document. We have already logged this as a feature request in our database. We don’t have any immediate plans to implement this feature. At the planning stage for every release cycle, we review all open features. We will let you know when this feature is implemented.
