Ctrl + A Issues

Question

Hello,I have found out two issues while using the Ctrl + A shortcut in the document editor.1. When pressing Ctrl + A it jumps to the end of the page which is something weird for me as it should only select all text with no jumping.2. If I have a highlighted text,      a. Press Ctrl + A     b. Try resetting the highlight color to no colorIt doesn't work.Thanks for your help

We are glad to announce that our patch release (v19.1.64) is rolled out successfully and In that release, we have added the fix for reported issue.

Hi Omar,

Currently, we are validating the reported behavior and get back to you by April 29,2021.

Can you please ensure the issue in our latest version (19.1.57)? we have included the fix related to this issue.

Hi Omar,  

We have considered the reported scenario as bug and logged defect report. Fix will be included in our upcoming EJ2 patch release which is tentatively scheduled on May 25, 2021. Once included, will update you. You can track the status from the below feedback.
