Hi Mohammed Shafeel,
Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

We are little unclear with your scenario. Based on provided information we suspect that when selection the shift + Right click up to down rows before selected rows cleared in SfDataGrid. We have created video for your reference,

        2. Provide code snippet related to customization in SfDataGrid
        3. If possible, kindly provide a simple issue reproducible

Hi Vijaryarasan,

Sorry for the late reply but yes the scenario is correct. if you have selected some rows and then scroll down and select another group of rows. the initial selected rows should still be selected,  shouldn't de-select. I have achieved what i want using datagridview but i would like to use sfdatagrid because it have column header filter. im not sure how to achieve that using sfdatagrid. Thanks in advance!

Hi Mohammed Shafeel,

Thanks for the update.

In your forum tag mentioned platform as WPF. But previous update mentioned the DataGridView. Can you please confirm you are using WinForms SfDataGrid or WPF SfDataGrid.
