OnServerDeleteRow not returning deleted record.

Question

As stated on your website the method upon being triggered the details of the deleted record are supposed to be returned, instead it always returns the first record's details.

I have found an article from 2019 (https://www.syncfusion.com/forums/143777/another-crud-example) and I have followed the steps but the values returned are from the first record instead of the deleted record.

Query: As stated on your website the method upon being triggered  the details of the deleted record are supposed to be returned, instead it always returns the first record's details. 
 
The reported issue will occur when we do not set any column as “primary key” column. You need to enable “IsPrimaryKey” property in any one of the column definition whose value is unique, for CRUD functionality to work properly.
