Dear Team

I am facing two problems with  EnableVirtualization property in TreeGrid when I am setting it true. Problem is below

1. No Records To Display message along with data also.

2. On expand row some column data is not showing.

I attached screenshot zip file for particular problem. So, Find the attached files and please provide  the solution as soon as possible.

Based on your query, we have checked your problem by preparing the sample with the enableVirutalization property as true, but we are unable to reproduce the problem on our end.

After following the above reference, still faced issue please share us the following details. 

1.      If possible, share the issue reproducible sample Or reproduce the issue in the shared sample.

4.      Complete Tree Grid code example.

Hi Pon Selva,

As I saw  your sample of treegrid issue that we were facing. After checking your solution code I found that you are using latest version of almost all syncfusion and angular packages. In my application I am using angular cli version 8.3.29 and @syncfusion/ej2-angular-treegrid": "^18.1.43" treegrid version and other syncfusion packages versions compatible with angular 8. If I am using the latest treegrid version of @19.1.54 It showing me the blank treegrid. Please provide me a sample of code relevant to my angular and syncfusion versions. Please find attachment of the version relevant below.
