Opening an excel document takes too long

Hello,

So, I've been experiencing this issue which is that opening an excel document takes too long even if it's just a blank excel document.

We have checked your provided excel file and the file imported properly in our end without any delay. For your convenience, we have prepared the video demonstration of this. Please find the link below. 
 
 
And we suspect that you have referred the older version for spreadsheet packages in your end. So, we suggest you to use our latest version (18.4.46) for both scripts and assemblies to resolve this issue in your end.  
 
Could you please check this issue in the latest version and kindly get back to us, if you still getting the same issue or need further assistance on this.
